THE EVENT	USFF 2008 Northeast / Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships.  Finalists qualify for the 2008 US Futsal National Championships being held in Maryland in July 10-13, 2008.

LODGING	Accepted teams should book with the hotel facilities as quickly as possible. Click the link for "Lodging" in the column on the left
CRITERIA	Timely-Applications from State Tournament Finalists in the U10 / U11 / U12 / U13 / U14 / U16 / U19 & Adult Open Age Groups, both Men, Boys and Women, Girls.  Men Over 35 receive automatic bids. 'At Large' bids and 'Frontier' teams/clubs awarded in consultation with USFF Federation & State Associations from throughout the region, as space may permit.
DEADLINES &     PAYMENTS	Applications must be completed online by February 1, 2008  (Teams who will not conclude their State Championships until after February 1st should contact us ASAP).   Payment  of the $450 Entry Fee must be received by no later than February 1, 2008. It should be made payable to New England Futsal, Attention: Brenda Davis at 74 Plain Street, Franklin, Massachusetts 02038. Non-payment will disqualify a team's application on the basis of incompleteness and may void their acceptance into the event.  If you have not sent in payment for it to be received in a timely manner by February 1st, the online registration process allows for immediate credit card payment.
ROSTER	Teams must submit (6) copies of a player roster of up to a maximum of 14 players.  Only 12 players allowed for any given game.  Rosters must be mailed in with payment.
WAIVERS	One form is required for each player rostered on your tournament team. Click on the "Waiver Forms" link in the left hand column for for instructions on printing out these US Futsal forms.
REGISTRATION     CHECK-IN	A team manager or coach is required to check in on Friday, February 15 between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the Mansfield Sportsplex, 31 Oxford Rd., Mansfield, Massachusetts for teams commencing play on Saturday.  Teams not commencing play until Sunday may check-in on Saturday night between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the Mansfield Sportsplex. Please contact Mrs. Brenda Davis at davisbc@comcast.net or at 508-498-7280 if other arrangements are necessary.  To summarize, each team will need to present at registration: 1) Player passes 2) Waiver forms 3) Official USFF rosters approved by the state registrar. (6 copies) 4) Birth certificates, which must be held by the coach or designated team representative in case of protest. 5) Player information must also be updated with Gotsoccer along with team contact information including a cell phone number and hotel number for each team representative.
FORMAT	Three 40-minute games in Group play on Saturday and Sunday guaranteed.  Teams that advance will play Semifinals and Finals on Monday
AWARDS	Finalists receive awards for team members plus an invitation to compete in the US Futsal 2008 National Championship Tournament in Maryland - July 2008
