Announcing the 3rd Annual New England
Futsal Christmas Tournament catered exclusively to age
groups U6 through U16 to take place at the Mansfield
Sportsplex, 31 Oxford Rd., Mansfield, MA on December
27, & 28, 2007 with proceeds going to benefit the
Dante Mazzola Scholarship Fund,
a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. This
scholarship fund was established to assist students
who plan on continuing their athletic endeavors at the
collegiate level, who demonstrate leadership qualities
and have some degree of financial need. Our mission is
to help students realize their dreams and to allow
Dante's memory to live on.

We
invite all futsal teams &
clubs to participate!

Each team will
play at least 3 matches. Each match will be
30 minutes long, comprised of two 15 minute
halves. Final matches will be 40 minutes!

Boys & Girls Ages U6, U8, U10, U12,
U14 & U16

Coed Teams
Competing in Boys Division
(U6, U8 & U10)

Limited to 8
teams per age group.

Team rosters are
limited to 12 players.

Association State Cup in January.

Space is
limited and registrations will be
accepted on a first come first serve basis.

All teams must
complete an online registration form &
submit their team rosters
with birth certificates and fee and submit by mail or deliver them in person
to the Norfolk County Futsal League
-
Team Registration fees
are $225. for USFF affiliates and $250. for
non-USFF affiliates and MUST be submitted to
New England Futsal, ATT: Brenda Davis, 74

- Teams
check in
Check in for all registered teams will be
held at the Mansfield Sportsplex 45
minutes prior to their first game.
- Items
required for check in
Team Roster, players medical release form
(your club/state/or town form will suffice),
- Team
bench area
Only coaches, manager and players
participating in the current game are
allowed on the team bench. The bench
area must be kept clean!
At the termination of a match each team will
be responsible to clean the respective bench
area.
Any team failing to abide to this regulation
will be assessed a $50 fine.
