We are now placing At Large Teams for the 2005 Massachusetts State
Cup Futsal Championships
The United States Futsal Federation (USFF) sanctioned
Massachusetts
2005 State Cup Futsal Championship Tournament is slated to take
place on the weekend of January 22nd and 23rd at the ForeKicks
Sports Complex, 10 Pine St., Norfolk, Massachusetts. In closing
out our state cup registration process we are allowed to now place
any at large teams and invite all those who would like to
participate in this year's largest statewide USFF sanctioned
event.
This event is being hosted by the Norfolk County Futsal league run
under the direction of William Sampaio, National Director of
Coaches for the USFF, and is being held in cooperation with other
sanctioned USFF leagues from throughout the State of
Massachusetts, from Wocerseter County to Essex County and Bristol
County, to name a few.
Teams can register online today and play for the 2005
Massachusetts State Title. Qualify your team for the upcoming USFF
Regional Championships to be held in Monroeville, Pennsylvania in
February,
the largest such event in the northeastern part of the United
States. First place and runner up State Cup teams automatically
qualify for the USFF Regional Championships. The regionals at
Monroeville serve as the only qualifier for the USFF National
Championships that will be held in Anaheim, CA next July.
Team registration fee is $375.00. Team registration forms are
available online.
