Futsal League with games played at the Mansfield Sportsplex,
31 Oxford Rd., Mansfield, MA on four
adjoining brand new courts!
Youth Premier Competitive:
Sunday Afternoon / Evenings: U6, U7, U8, U9, U10, U11, U12,
U13, U14, & U16-JV High School &
U19-Varsity High School

If this is
the first time you are registering on Massachusetts
Futsal's USFF portal, it may
take you
approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete the
registration process. Future
registrations
will take much less time since you will be editing your
information rather than
entering it for
the first time.
When you are finished with your
online registration as a coach and team, you will need
to forward:

copies of your team roster
Player
pass cards - filled out and with pictures attached
Coach's
pass cards - filled out and with picture attached
Medical
release form for each player
Birth
certificates must be available upon request of the
league registrar
Submit all of this to the attention of:

Begin your USFF online registration process by first
registering as a coach,
then register your team. Player parents will be
required to register player information.
